We board all types, as long as they are well behaved and manageable. No draft horses and no stallions. Mature 'uncatchable' horses will not be accepted. Young horses two and under are the exception.

• 250/month for pasture
• 350/month for stall board plus use of the arena and turn out 1-2 times per week.

Hay, bedding, feeding, watering and stall cleaning are included.
Owners are responsible for vet and farrier costs.

• $50/month for longeing twice a week
  

FINISHED HORSES:

• $450/month stall board include lessons 3 times per week.

HORSES BOARDED FOR TRAINING:

• $600/month stall board includes lessons 3 times a week if applicable. A young horse here to be started would not include lessons until such time as they are finished and ready for their rider.

YOUNG HORSE:

• $500/month includes several months being taught ground manners first and advance to working riderless, bitted and under saddle, before they are taught to accept a rider. This creates a very strong and positive training foundation and most importantly, soft mouths.

Problem horses, more often than not, are too difficult to retrain due to having experienced mishandling or abuse by previous trainers. However, each individual horse will be judged on a case by case basis.

Any horse that comes on the property must be up to date on immunizations and shots.
